License and right of use for SummitHub

1. Licence

MRC Collective AB grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and time-limited right to use SummitHub under the agreement and only for the Customer's own conference and event administration.

2. Restrictions

The Customer may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, attempt to recreate, circumvent security functions, or use the service to build a competing product unless mandatory law or written permission from MRC allows it.

3. Customer data

The Customer retains rights to its own data. MRC may process Customer Data to the extent necessary to provide, secure, administer, support, and improve the service.

4. MRC material

Software, code, design, trademarks, documentation, text, structure, database models, and other material provided by MRC belong to MRC or its licensors.

5. Termination

The licence ends when the agreement ends or when the Customer no longer has the right to use the service. On termination, the Customer must stop using the service and MRC may restrict or close access under the agreement.
